The artist reserves the right to record/stream the drawing process and post it on video platforms, as well as post the finished piece on their social media or portfolio.

If the commission is reposted on social media, please add credits and links to the artist's social media.

The artist reserves the right to reject any order they do not feel comfortable with or they feel they can't meet expectations on.

Inappropriate and ill-mannered behavior will result in orders being cancelled and clients being blacklisted.

If an commercial licence is not purchased, the client may not use the commissioned art for anything other than personal use.

Full credits for the work goes to the artist and as such, allows them to post it on social media or include it in their portfolio for future clients.

Alternation or removal of the watermark, as well as claiming the art as one's own are strictly prohibited and action will be taken against any offenders.

Artwork cannot be used commercially unless a commercial license is purchased during or after the ordering process.

Clients must provide a clearly written contract with the details of their project and the work that is needed from the artist.

Overall pricing and use of the art are to be discussed between the artist and the client. This includes merchandise, games, videos, and any other media that is to be monetized.

Currency is accepted in USD and is to be paid through PayPal or Stripe.

Provide details about the type of commission and what's being drawn. This includes character reference, pose/expression reference, background reference, etc.

There will be unlimited revisions during the sketch phase until it is approved. Afterward, any major changes will be charged.

After the sketch has been approved, there will be no refunds or only a partial refund.

Sketch will only be sent after at least half the invoice is paid.

Commissions can be paid either 100% upfront or split 50% upfront and 50% after sketch approval.

Turnaround time varies from a month or more depending on factors such as the artist's health, the complexity of the commission, and other outside obligations.

If anything comes up that will slow the progress of the initially estimated delivery time, the client will be informed as soon as possible.

Timely responses are expected from both ends to make the commission process go as smoothly as possible, especially for rush orders.

If the order is cancelled before it's started, the client gets a full refund (excluding platform fees)

If for any reason the artist is unable to start work, the client gets a full refund

If the order is cancelled after the sketch is finished, the client with receive a 50% refund

Once the lineart is finished, there will be no refunds
